Not only were they able to provide everything they promised me, they went above and beyond and exceeded my expectations. They always go above and beyond to help me with anything I need. They never complain about anything, and I know I can always count on them. I wish they had a few more staff members on hand. They weren't severely understaffed but it was obvious they could've used more help. The Lake Mary office was wonderful to me...I will not however, ever go to or send my daughters to the Deltona office due to the staff and their general attitude. Dr. Quinsey delivered my grandson and did my hysterectomy...wonderful doctor!!!!

They always go above and beyond to help me with anything I need. They never complain about anything, and I know I can always count on them. This is one of the friendliest and most welcoming offices I've ever visited. They put in the extra effort to make me feel valued and important. They always have an immediate answer for me when I call with a question. They would never try to get me to make an appointment unless I really needed one.

They always make sure to return my phone call as soon as possible. They've never left me waiting. I've never seen anyone who is more respected by their staff. The entire staff only had great things to say about working there, and it made me want to return all the more. I'm always amazed at how considerate and concerned they are for my well-being. Their advice is always wonderful and completely unbiased. I always have the best experience every time I have an appointment here. Although I have not had much to complain about, I have noticed that they strongly adhere to the customer is always right policy and if anything goes wrong make every effort to correct the situation. They never have that typical, annoying music playing here. If they do play music it is soothing and appropriate for the setting.

I've been a patient of Dr. Quinsey's for over 13 years. He is very kind, caring, and thoughtful. His primary concern is my safety and comfort, and he always take the time to address every concern of mine immediately. I couldn't believe how great their office looked - not the typical "pink and blue" of most OB/GYNs. It is very obvious that they took pride in the office's appearance. I loved their color scheme -- very warm and inviting. Whenever I make an appointment, I'm always confident that they're going to be ready for me at my scheduled time, unless, of course, Dr. Quinsey has to leave for a delivery! They always dress so professionally here, the entire staff obviously makes an effort to look their best and maintain a very professional appearance.

They were ready to see me when I showed up for my appointment. I never had to wait for them to show up. I was worried that they were going to wear an obnoxious cologne, because I've dealt with that at other places, but they didn't even wear cologne. It was fantastic to be able to breathe freely the entire time. There was no annoying music playing while I waited or during my visit. I appreciated that they didn't have that typical elevator music on.

As soon as I walked through the door, I was immediately greeted by the friendly staff. They went out of their way to make me feel special and appreciated. They made sure every single question I had was answered, and are always available if I think of any more questions I want answered. When I arrived for my appointment the friendly staff seemed to be waiting for me. I've been to other places where I had to wait forever after I arrived for my appointment, but not here. I was very impressed.
