Be prepared to wait. I sort of felt like I waited 3 hours to see the Doc for 5 mins of his time. He would spend an hour with one patient than speed up my appointment to make up for lost time. Once I was in the midst of an exam and he answered his phone and began chitchatting. There's a certain level of understanding here but be professional and step out of the room. As far as the delivery of my son, after 7 hours in labor, he wanted to wait for a c-section until he got a family emergency and decided to do a c-section instead of waiting. Did my health or preference matter? Highly unlikely.

Not at all, they had plenty of staff members to help me whenever I needed assistance

I have been a patient of Dr. Mark's for 3 years and in my book he is an amazing physician. He took the time to figure out why I was having miscarriages and he discovered after all the needed testing that I have a specific condition. Anyway, last November 20th, I gave birth to my third child a beautiful baby girl and she was 10 weeks early. Dr. Mark and the nurses saved her life and mine. Dr. Mark was phenomenal. He left nothing to chance. Our beautiful baby girl just celebrated her 1st birthday after all the difficulty she has overcome being in the Good Samaritan NICU for 50 days, she is a healthy, happy thriving baby girl. I will never ever forget what Dr. Mark did for me. God bless him and his staff. They take the time to look at everything. He is a truly dedicated physician and the compassion he has for his patients is priceless.
