In response to Deborah. Just not true. I have lived here for 20 years, (here being within a few miles of the office) and Dr. Barney has a fine reputation in the community. Everytime I think I will try somone new I wind up back @ Barney's! My whole family has had her attending to us for these 20 years and we are in the overall picture very happy there! They were very sympathetic to my situation, and made me feel cared for. I knew that I could count on them at all times. The staff was very helpful no matter how many times I called with a question or concern. They never made me feel uncomfortable for asking any question. It was very easy to get an appointment. They have a very flexible schedule and get me in quickly EVERY time. Not only did I find a parking spot right away, but the parking is very close to the entrance. Within steps. I am glad to be able to go there and glad she is a part of our community.

Absolutely! They aren't arrogant at all and are more than willing to pursue advice when necessary

Absolutely! I'm always able to get my questions answered over the phone right away!

Everything they told me in the beginning ended up turning out exactly the way they said it would. They were able to provide me everything they promised me. I've never doubted their abilities. They were easy to reach in an emergency. When I called they answered right away and I was so relieved to hear a friendly voice. Their prices were very fair. The level of care you get for the price is outstanding. They always return my phone calls quickly. I always know that I'll get a prompt answer to my question. They make sure to treat all their clients equally and without favoritism. I've always hated it when I've seen favoritism going on at other places I've visited. It's nice that it doesn't happen here. I though Dr. Barney was a great doctor and she really listened to my issues and treated me with respect.

They answered most of my questions but I could have used more information. Their primary concern is what's best for me, and they only give me the advice that would benefit me the most. I really like the chairs they have in their waiting room. They are high quality and comfortable. Their staff is the most friendly, welcoming staff I've ever dealt with. They are so warm and professional, and make the whole experience that much better.
