Not at all, their office smelled fantastic!

Never! They have lots of business, but they do such a great job of never overbooking.

They have a very good professional reputation. I know that I'm under the care of an expert. It was nice to hear how much the staff respected them. It made me that much more confident that I was under the care of a professional. The waiting room here is spacious. I never feel like I have to sit too close to someone or that it is overcrowded. I appreciated that they were still concerned about my health even after I left the office. They followed up with me after my appointment and everything. The staff was warm and welcoming, which I appreciated. They are very friendly there.

Never! I don't think I've ever been put on hold here for a long time

Not at all! They are always respectful and courteous!

Absolutely, even the bathrooms are handicap-accessible

They really go above and beyond to make me feel special. I've never been anywhere that seems to care more about their clients than here. They've never been late to any of my appointments. I've even showed up early sometimes and they've always been ready and prepared. I have been coming here for years, I used to live right down the street but now I live 30 miles away but still have them as my primary care dr because of the great care.

Getting an appointment at this office wasn't too difficult. I was given a brief greeting when I walked through the door, but no one made any sort of effort to help me. I felt ignored. I waited almost an hour past my appointment. Once I finally complained I waited another 30 mins in the patient room, before seeing the doctor. They briefly listened to me, but quickly downplayed everything I said or stopped paying attention.
