Their staff is the most friendly, welcoming staff I've ever dealt with. They are so warm and professional, and make the whole experience that much better. They would never suggest that I buy something that wasn't necessary, and never pressured me. They were always very considerate and professional. I never have to worry about them overbooking appointments. They definitely believe in quality over quantity here and it is much appreciated. The spend as much time with you as you need to have your questions answered and your problems dealt with.

I was completely at ease during my appointment here. The office is small and quiet and wait time is minimal. Dr. Killian took time to get to know me and with each subsequent visit he makes references easily to things we have discussed in the past. He actually makes eye contact and takes time to listen to me! I have referred him to others who are equally impressed.

Their office equipment was in good shape and looked very current. I felt like everything was very safe. I will definitely refer my friends and family here. They were great and I think more people should know about them. They gave me sufficient information to make a decision about my treatment plan. I really admire them for being more than willing to ask for help from other professionals in the field when they don't have an answer to my question. They aren't even slightly arrogant, and I'm confident they always have my best interest at heart. The one thing that I really enjoy about this place is their high level of customer service. Their full attention is always on me and they never take personal calls during my appointment. I've been to other places that answer their phone and it just drives me crazy.
