Dr refuse to see me because I was 15 minutes late! And I mean just 15! I struggled to get my 11 month old infant to the office and once I am there the office assistant mentions that the Dr. was very "strict" with her patient appointments. I took a day of from work and I was never able to see the Dr. I don't see the office to have any customer service skills.

Dr Bell while busy, took me just a few minutes past the time of my appt, I know others are Ill so what the heck, we all have to understand these things. I explained what issues I had, Dr Bell took her time and explained in detail the problem. I came from another practice that was outstanding, I was concerned I would not get the same level of care, but I am happy to say Dr Bell impressed me. I hope to now have this dr for many years to come.
