Not only did I find a parking spot right away, but I knew my car was safe because the spots were designated and close to the entrance. They are an absolute expert in the field. I would never feel unsafe or apprehensive in their care. I couldn't believe how knowledgeable and well-informed the staff was. They were able to answer all my questions, except the ones they needed to have their boss's input on. It was great to be able to talk to such a skilled staff. I didn't wait long at all. My appointment started on time, and the wait was much shorter than other offices I have been to. They always dress so professionally here, the entire staff obviously makes an effort to look their best and maintain a very professional appearance.

They explained all the risks and benefits of my treatment options. Everything was explained in detail, all my questions were answered, and I felt a lot better about choosing a treatment plan. They are completely committed to helping me as long as it takes to find the best solution. I love that he is always more than happy to answer my questions, and actually welcome questions.

I really admire them for being more than willing to ask for help from other professionals in the field when they don't have an answer to my question. They aren't even slightly arrogant, and I'm confident they always have my best interest at heart. They always make an extra effort to make me feel respected and attended to. They always listen to every question or concern I may have. They are completely committed to helping me as long as it takes to find the best solution. I never have to worry that they'll back out or give up if a solution isn't reached immediately, which has been a problem for me at other places. It is obvious that their office is cleaned regularly. It was fantastic. Their primary concern is my safety and comfort, and they always take the time to address every concern of mine immediately.
