They made the extra effort to make sure every question and concern I had was addressed. Not only did I find a parking spot right away, but I knew my car was safe because the spots were designated and close to the entrance. When I arrived for my appointment the friendly staff seemed to be waiting for me. I've been to other places where I had to wait forever after I arrived for my appointment, but not here. I was very impressed. I couldn't believe how knowledgeable and well-informed the staff was. They were able to answer all my questions, except the ones they needed to have their boss's input on. It was great to be able to talk to such a skilled staff.

They've stayed open past their closing times many times when I've needed help. They've never turned me away when I've needed them. I was so impressed with the progress I was able to make after visiting them. All my questions were answered, and I feel a lot more confident and hopeful about the future. They made sure every single question I had was answered, and are always available if I think of any more questions I want answered. They were very qualified and knowledgeable. I could tell that they've been doing their job well for quite a while. The office was very easy to locate. I didn't have any trouble finding it at all.

Their primary concern is my safety and comfort, and they always take the time to address every concern of mine immediately. I didn't wait long at all. My appointment started on time, and the wait was much shorter than other offices I have been to. They've never been late to any of my appointments. I've even showed up early sometimes and they've always been ready and prepared. Their equipment was very advanced and sophisticated. I was very impressed! They definitely care about patient comfort because they have the best waiting room chairs I've ever seen. I could have easily taken a quick nap while waiting for my appointment.
