They always make an extra effort to make me feel respected and attended to. They always listen to every question or concern I may have. I felt that they really valued my health and happiness because they followed up even after my appointment just to check up on me. It was such a nice gesture that made a huge difference. I didn't experience any unnecessary pain during my visit, and I was amazed at how much better I felt after I left. I haven't seen any coupons or discounts for this provider's office, but I haven't really looked. They never mention anything about promotions when I'm there. They never have that typical, annoying music playing here. If they do play music it is soothing and appropriate for the setting.

The chairs they had in the waiting room were not the greatest. I wish they had put more thought into patient comfort. Every time I come in for an appointment, and throughout the appointment, I'm always having to remind them who I am and what my circumstances are. It's very frustrating. I would never refer any of my family and friends to go here. If I had know how terrible they were I never would have gone. Whenever I have a question, even if it's very basic, they always make me schedule an appointment, which is extremely frustrating. They briefly listened to me, but quickly downplayed everything I said or stopped paying attention.

They didn't pressure me to buy anything I didn't need, which I really appreciated. I've been to other places that pressured me to buy stuff and it always made me very uneasy. They've never used foul language, which has bothered me at some of the other places I've been too. They always make an extra effort to be polite and courteous. They always go above and beyond to help me with anything I need. They never complain about anything, and I know I can always count on them. Every time I come here they always remember me by name and greet me as soon as I walk in the door, even if it's been months since my last appointment. They are so thoughtful and amazingly sweet, I just love this place. Their staff is the most friendly, welcoming staff I've ever dealt with. They are so warm and professional, and make the whole experience that much better.

They've never dismissed any of my concerns as unimportant, and take every concern of mine very seriously. Their staff is very friendly and professional. They made the extra effort to make sure every question and concern I had was addressed. I love how much attention to detail they show. They are always so careful and meticulous. I never have to worry about them making a mistake or forgetting something. They are completely committed to helping me as long as it takes to find the best solution. I never have to worry that they'll back out or give up if a solution isn't reached immediately, which has been a problem for me at other places.
