They made sure every single question I had was answered, and are always available if I think of any more questions I want answered. I love that they are always more than happy to answer my questions, and actually welcome questions. I've felt awkward at some other places I've visited when I've tried to ask a lot of questions, but not here. I love how attentive they are here. Even when notified that they have a personal phone call, they always wait to take it later. Their full attention is always on me and it makes me feel special. They made the extra effort to make sure every question and concern I had was addressed.

Very nice little office. Dr. Dawson is very kind and helpful. I'm not crazy about his new P.A. (the old one, Lisa Burchett, was excellent), but it's not a deal-breaker. They always seem to be able to squeeze me in, even last-minute. The staff is always nice, and I also like the fact that the office sets up convenient flu shot walk-in days every year--very convenient.
