Dr. Palmer is conveniently located...but then it's a small town so nothing is very far away. It was pretty easy to find, although a sign by the road would help. The staff was friendly enough, but I expected more of a warm welcome from a family practice. I like Dr Palmer, he takes his time and explains things thoroughly. It is his staff I have had difficulty with. On several occasions when my meds by mail pharmacy tries to renew prescriptions, they NEVER seem to receive the order until I complain and threaten them. They want me to come in and get a form to send to the pharmacy. It appears to be pure laziness and is not how a professional staff should act! He should have better help! If there is a valid reason for this happening each and every time I try to have a script renewed I will gladly retract this review.

They went out of their way to make me feel special and respected, and were very sympathetic to my situation. I've never seen more kindness and empathy anywhere else. They are always prepared for my appointment and remember everything about me. Not only do they never postpone my appointment, they always try to get me in as soon as possible. I love that I can always get an appointment right away, and I never have to worry about them rescheduling it. I was confident that they were using the latest treatment methods.
