I was very satisfied with my visit. They were helpful and I left feeling encouraged. They listened closely to what I was telling them, and showed a lot of attention to detail. I've never experienced them forgetting something or not reading my information correctly. I love that I can count on them to work with me until they find a solution for my situation. I enjoy their level of customer service. Their full attention appears to be on me and I've not experienced the Dr. taking any personal calls during my appointment.

One thing I love about them, is that they're always willing to ask for other qualified professionals' advice when they don't have an answer for my question. I never have to worry about them giving me a wrong answer just because they weren't willing to ask for help. They explained all the risks and benefits of my treatment options. Everything was explained in detail, all my questions were answered, and I felt a lot better about choosing a treatment plan. As soon as I walked through the door, I was immediately greeted by the friendly staff. They went out of their way to make me feel special and appreciated. I was so impressed with how great they were at answering each and every question I had in-depth. They were so patient, and covered all of the bases until I had no more questions.

Not at all, it was very peaceful and quiet

I usually have to wait on hold for quite a while, but not as long as some other places
