They make no effort to make me feel special. I don't think they appreciate my loyalty to them. If I compare them to others in their field, I wouldn't say they're the worst, but they're definitely not the best. They seemed like they were using fairly modern treatment methods and procedures, but I'm not really sure. Recently the office staff only responded to my issues when I stirred things up or got angry. I will most likely be changing Dr's when this current health issue is resolved.

Yes, they listen to all complaints and make every effort to correct the situation.

Never, they are very reliable.
