They went out of their way to make me feel special and respected, and were very sympathetic to my situation. I've never seen more kindness and empathy anywhere else. The office was very easy to locate. I didn't have any trouble finding it at all. I was completely at ease during my appointment here. They went to great lengths to make sure I was completely relaxed and comfortable the entire time. Dr. Brian is very logical and doesn't over-treat or under-treat. He's great at prevention too.

Their office looked like the cleaning crew may have skipped a week. I've been places before where they were argumentative and angry, so I was nervous that I would encounter that here as well. Instead, they were very calm and understanding the entire time. I could tell they really care about everyone who visits them. The staff was very helpful no matter how many times I called with a question or concern. They never made me feel uncomfortable for asking any question. They're always able to answer simple questions over the phone. They only make me schedule appointments if necessary.

Their staff is the most friendly, welcoming staff I've ever dealt with. They are so warm and professional, and make the whole experience that much better. They've never been late to any of my appointments. I've even showed up early sometimes and they've always been ready and prepared. I'm always amazed at how considerate and concerned they are for my well-being. Their advice is always wonderful and completely unbiased. The one thing that I really enjoy about this place is their high level of customer service. Their full attention is always on me and they never take personal calls during my appointment. I've been to other places that answer their phone and it just drives me crazy.
