It was easy to get the appointment time that worked for my schedule. They were very sympathetic to my situation, and made me feel cared for. I knew that I could count on them at all times. I didn't have to wait too long after I arrived for my appointment. They were running only about 15 mins behind, which is about as long as I care to wait. Their staff was friendly.

I like Dr. Wolok. For me, he has the absolute best 'bed side' manner. Calm, personable, and professional. Listens to you and your concerns and clear and thorough with his diagnosis and recommendations.

What I really loved was how friendly the doctor and staff were here. I felt so welcome and will definitely be with them for the long haul. I love how much attention to detail they show. They are always so careful and meticulous. I never have to worry about them making a mistake or forgetting something. They would never suggest that I buy something that wasn't necessary, and never pressured me. They were always very considerate and professional.

He/she would never do that! Their full attention is always on me.

Not at all, their cologne smelled great

Not only do my appointments never get canceled last minute, they take time out of their day to send me a reminder so I don't forget. They are extremely reliable. When comparing them to others I have visited for the same condition, they are among the best I have seen. They are completely committed to helping me as long as it takes to find the best solution. I never have to worry that they'll back out or give up if a solution isn't reached immediately, which has been a problem for me at other places.
