I was happy and relieved that they were able to answer all of my questions. I felt like I got a good amount of information. Their prices were very fair. The level of care you get for the price is outstanding. They had a huge selection of magazines in the waiting room. I was able to find some of my favorites and they kept me entertained while I was waiting for my appointment. The waiting area here is extremely spacious. There is never overcrowding and everything is spaced appropriately. I was worried that they were going to wear an obnoxious cologne, because I've dealt with that at other places, but they didn't even wear cologne. It was fantastic to be able to breathe freely the entire time.

The staff was warm and welcoming, which I appreciated. They are very friendly there. The restrooms at this provider's office were clean and well-maintained. You could tell that they cleaned them regularly. The staff really knows what they're doing, and they know a lot about the company they work for. They're able to answer most of my questions, and the only ones they don't are the ones they need their boss's approval for. Whenever I make an appointment, I'm always confident that they're going to be ready for me at my scheduled time. At other places I've been to, it's always bothered me when they postpone my appointment, but they've never done that here.

They paid close attention to me and all of my questions were answered. When I arrived for my appointment the friendly staff seemed to be waiting for me. I've been to other places where I had to wait forever after I arrived for my appointment, but not here. I was very impressed. This provider has so much helpful information available online. They have an impressive website that's easy to use, with forms that you can fill out before your appointment. They also have a great online presence in multiple directories.

They listened closely to everything I was telling them, and showed a lot of attention to detail. I've never had to worry about them forgetting something or not reading my information correctly, which I've encountered at other places. I've been to one or two places that had a really bad smell. I was worried I would encounter it here too but I didn't notice anything. The staff was very helpful no matter how many times I called with a question or concern. They never made me feel uncomfortable for asking any question.

The restrooms at this provider's office were clean and well-maintained. You could tell that they cleaned them regularly. They didn't seem too happy to be helping me. Maybe they were just having a bad day, but they could have been nicer. I couldn't believe how knowledgeable and well-informed the staff was. They were able to answer all my questions, except the ones they needed to have their boss's input on. It was great to be able to talk to such a skilled staff. They go out of their way to make everyone feel equally respected and cared for. I've seen client favoritism at some of the other places I've been, and I really appreciate the extra effort they make to avoid that here.

Not at all! They always try to get me in as soon as possible

I was seen almost as soon as I walked in the door. It's first come first served. I didn't have to reorganize my day around my appointment at all. The staff were efficient and polite.It made my experience that much more enjoyable. I will absolutely return. I had an amazing experience, and they were by far the best I've ever seen.
