I don't think I have ever been put on hold here for a long time and am so impressed with how quickly all of my questions are answered. There's nothing worse than having to wait on hold for a half an hour just to get someone to talk to you. They had a huge selection of magazines in the waiting room. I was able to find some of my favorites and they kept me entertained while I was waiting for my appointment. The restrooms at this office were spotless. It smelled amazing in there and looked immaculate. I've never had to worry about them being understaffed or not being able to help me right when I need it. They have a huge staff that's very knowledgeable and qualified.

The office is very nice. He is a very good doctor. However, I am not pleased with his knowledge on circumcision and breastfeeding. He obviously does not follow aap recommendations nor does he understand that there is no medical reason to circumcise. Seems his office tries to find every reason to supplement, even when there is not a problem. They also do not accept medicaid for shots. I see this as discrimination. So if you are older this would be the office for you. If you are a child, well unless you formula feed I would not recommend it. If you have medicaid make sure you are well aware of the vaccination schedule or you will behind like my sister's daughter is. This was due to them not letting her know when they were because they will not do them because she is on medicaid. Seems to me they are more about making money then providing basic care.
