The chairs they had in the waiting room were average, I would say. They weren't amazing but they weren't totally uncomfortable either. They've never dismissed any of my concerns as unimportant, and take every concern of mine very seriously. They were ready to see me when I showed up for my appointment. I never had to wait for them to show up. I got an appointment quickly. I've never had to wait too long. Their primary concern is what's best for me, and they only give me the advice that would benefit me the most.

They always dress so professionally here, the entire staff obviously makes an effort to look their best and maintain a very professional appearance. They never left me for an extended period of time and I never felt ignored. They made sure every single question I had was answered, and are always available if I think of any more questions I want answered. Not only did I find a parking spot right away, but I knew my car was safe because the spots were designated and close to the entrance. I have a lot of confidence in Dr. Johnston; she cares about her patients.
