The waiting area here is extremely spacious. There is never overcrowding and everything is spaced appropriately. I really admire them for being more than willing to ask for help from other professionals in the field when they don't have an answer to my question. They aren't even slightly arrogant, and I'm confident they always have my best interest at heart. I don't know of anywhere else that would've taken better care of me. I had a great experience. They were somewhat easy to reach in an emergency. They didn't answer the call at first, but did eventually call me back. They answered my questions and spent a lot of time with me. I didn't feel like they were trying to rush my appointment at all.

I've seen Dr. Christman a few times now for my health problems. She always takes time to talk with me and my wife. She explains everything in a way that makes sense to us and has really made a difference to my health. Shery her nurse, is always smiling and nice. The girls up front have always been very good to us, and get us scheduled when we ask. The whole office is very professional and the care is excellent. I would definitely recommend her to anyone who needs a good doctor.

I have been a patient of Dr. Christman for several years. I have received excellent care and feel very comfortable with her. However early on, her office staff was awful! The gals behind the counter were rude and unfriendly. Although I wanted to recommend Dr. Christman to friends who asked I was hesitant due to the behavior of the office personel.
My last vist I was very happy to see that there are all new office staff and they are friendly and wonderful to deal with.
On a final not, it is a very laid back office, where everyone on staff chats out loud about many different topics (including patients) which does make it seem somewhat unprofessional.
But again, Dr. Christman is wonderful, and as much as I'd love to give her referrals I'm not sure others would overlook some of the unprofessionalism that I experience during my visits.

Watch out for Sherry, she's absolutely mean and horrible. REFUSED me to speak with Dr, REFUSED to let me make Appt and REFUSED me to have Dr Christman as my Primary. Told me to go elsewhere. VERY concerned office staff is going to ruin a GREAT doctor's business. Dr. Christman seems fantastic. Not sure how Sherry gets her authority. I'm filing complaint with the Medical Board.
