The chairs they had in the waiting room were average, I would say. They weren't amazing but they weren't totally uncomfortable either. I didn't have to wait at all after I arrived for my appointment. They were running right on time, which is a really big deal for me. They went out of their way to make me feel special and respected, and were very sympathetic to my situation. I've never seen more kindness and empathy anywhere else. I got an appointment quickly. I've never had to wait too long. I love Dr. Kevin Dunn; a special doctor!
