VERY UNPROFESSIONAL!!! We called the so called after hours answering service to have the physician return the call. Instead of taking the needed information, we were asked by a "Dr. Gray" what do you need? Then was told that it was 5:30am and they have no way of getting in contact with Dr. Clopton. I explain to this very unprofessional individual that I was calling regarding my husband whom was going into surgery in a few hours and was told that the office did not open until 9am and she didn't have ny husbands chart. Well if you answer the phone with "Answering Service" I would not expect for you to have any patients chart.

I was worried that they were going to wear an obnoxious cologne, because I've dealt with that at other places, but they didn't even wear cologne. It was fantastic to be able to breathe freely the entire time. They never made any effort to follow up with me after my visit and it made me feel very unimportant. I know they see a lot of patients, but when you say you're going to follow up, you should. I was a little disappointed at how helpful the staff was when I called with my questions and concerns. They definitely could have been more polite. I do not agree with the way they do business here, it is always their way or the highway. They are so uncooperative if a customer complains and are never willing to admit if they are wrong. Their staff was friendly enough, but they didn't go out of their way to help me.
