They try not to, but sometimes it happens.

Not the worst, but certainly not the best

They were ready to see me when I showed up for my appointment. I never had to wait for them to show up. They're always able to answer simple questions over the phone. They only make me schedule appointments if necessary. They always return my phone calls quickly. I always know that I'll get a prompt answer to my question. I haven't seen any coupons or discounts for this provider's office, but I haven't really looked. They never mention anything about promotions when I'm there.

The office was very easy to locate. I didn't have any trouble finding it at all. I love how attentive they are here. Even when notified that they have a personal phone call, they always wait to take it later. Their full attention is always on me and it makes me feel special. I had to wait for a little while after I arrived for my appointment, but I've had to wait longer at other places. They were ready to see me when I showed up for my appointment. I never had to wait for them to show up.

Absolutely! They aren't arrogant at all and are more than willing to pursue advice when necessary

No, they didn't cancel on me last minute

Not really. It felt like they just cared about making money.

Not at all; cheap and plastic

Dr. Kim is my PCP. I have RA and I have just been laid off from my job. Since I don't have insurance anymore I could not afford to go to my RA doctor. Knowing that Dr. Kim has my medical file from the RA doctor as well and knew my medical history what drugs I took I made an appt with him to save money. Was I surprised when I found out he doesn't prescribed narcotics. I could not beleive this. So I told the nurse I could not afford this and left. I will not go back to see him. I am very upset with him. I will also let my friends know about this. Very upset.
