I called a few times to today and all I got was the voice mail. They really should have the office hours so that you don't continue to call if the office is closed for the day.

Doctor hardy is the best unfortunately her staff is horrible. They dont answer the phone and keep it on the snswering service even when the office is supposed to be open. The Dr will say someone will mail you this or that and you never receive it. Calling that office will raise your BP! Doctor hardy please trade UP.

The phone service should have the days and times of operation back. I don't want to bother the doctor on call or go through all the options or keep calling over and over. Thanks

He/she would never do that! Their full attention is always on me.

They explained all the risks and benefits of my treatment options. Everything was explained in detail, all my questions were answered, and I felt a lot better about choosing a treatment plan. One of the first things I noticed about this business was how many different areas of the building were handicap-accessible. I have been to other places where I couldn't tell how someone in a wheelchair could even enter, but they really spent a lot of time to accommodate people with all different needs. They always have an immediate answer for me when I call with a question. They would never try to get me to make an appointment unless I really needed one. I am always so impressed with how quickly my calls are answered here. I am never put on hold for a long time and love knowing that if I have a quick question I won't have to wait a half hour through terrible music to get it answered.

Their primary concern is what's best for me, and they only give me the advice that would benefit me the most. Let me just say that this business is in one of the safest areas around and you will be pleasantly surprised at how lovely the surroundings are. I always have the best experience every time I have an appointment here. Although I have not had much to complain about, I have noticed that they strongly adhere to the customer is always right policy and if anything goes wrong make every effort to correct the situation.
