They were very sympathetic to my situation, and made me feel cared for. I knew that I could count on them at all times. They always return my phone calls quickly. I always know that I'll get a prompt answer to my question. I was given a polite greeting when I walked in. It was nice to be acknowledged. Whenever I make an appointment, I'm always confident that they're going to be ready for me at my scheduled time. At other places I've been to, it's always bothered me when they postpone my appointment, but they've never done that here. It was easy to get the appointment time that worked for my schedule.

Their primary concern is my safety and comfort, and they always take the time to address every concern of mine immediately. I'm always amazed at how considerate and concerned they are for my well-being. Their advice is always wonderful and completely unbiased. They went out of their way to make me feel special and respected, and were very sympathetic to my situation. I've never seen more kindness and empathy anywhere else.

I'm absolutely positive that I would have gotten better service anywhere else. I switched from Guthrie on post to this doctors office since it was closer to my home but i'm definetely switching back. I've seen two doctors here and they should both go back to school. They try their hardest to give you over the counter medicines. If I wanted an over the counter med would I be in a doctors office??? I've been here three times and all three times i was disappointed.

They made the extra effort to make sure every question and concern I had was addressed. They make an extra effort to get to know their patients and find out what they need. They always remember me and make me feel very important. They were ready to see me when I showed up for my appointment. I never had to wait for them to show up. I have already sent so many people here. They truly deserve more recommendations than I can give! One thing I noticed about their office was how absolutely fantastic it smelled. They must clean or sanitize all the time.
