The chairs in the waiting room were of the highest quality. I was so comfortable while waiting for the appointment. They needed to pay a little more attention to detail, to make sure they didn't make any mistakes. I could tell their entire attention wasn't focused on me. It is so refreshing to see a provider that you can tell truly cares about their appearance. They strive to maintain a professional appearance and look their best at all times. They would never suggest that I buy something that wasn't necessary, and never pressured me. They were always very considerate and professional.

I was confident that they were using the latest treatment methods. They left me alone in the appointment room for quite a while. I felt very safe in their care. I definitely trust them. My appointment felt a little rushed. I understand that they are busy, but I would have liked a little more time. Their office was nice and quiet. I was worried it would be overly loud but it was fine.

I've been places before where they were argumentative and angry, so I was nervous that I would encounter that here as well. Instead, they were very calm and understanding the entire time. I could tell they really care about everyone who visits them. I never have to worry about them overbooking appointments. They definitely believe in quality over quantity here and it is much appreciated. The chairs in the waiting room were of the highest quality. I was so comfortable while waiting for the appointment.

I am always so impressed with how quickly my calls are answered here. I am never put on hold for a long time and love knowing that if I have a quick question I won't have to wait a half hour through terrible music to get it answered. They really go above and beyond to make me feel special. I've never been anywhere that seems to care more about their clients than here. Their office was the absolute perfect temperature. It was so nice to be able to get out of the weather outside and sit in a relaxing, comfortable office. They always have an immediate answer for me when I call with a question. They would never try to get me to make an appointment unless I really needed one. They always return my phone calls quickly. I always know that I'll get a prompt answer to my question.
