They have really great customer service here. They always put their customers first, regardless of the situation. They're really great about taking their time with me, and they don't mind answering my questions. I've never felt like an annoyance to them no matter how many questions I have. They never left me for an extended period of time and I never felt ignored. The one thing that I really enjoy about this place is their high level of customer service. Their full attention is always on me and they never take personal calls during my appointment. I've been to other places that answer their phone and it just drives me crazy.

Don't let the youthful appearance of Dr. Crowder fool you - he is AMAZING! Never before have I had a doctor willing to give me my prescription so I could get a second pair (of sunglasses) if I couldn't afford the darkening lenses or sunglasses there. He said, "I don't want to sell you something extra, but you need to protect your eyes. If this is what you have to do, go ahead." This was before he had any idea whether I could afford it or not, but knew my insurance wouldn't cover it. Very HONEST!

They were so kind and attentive to me. I didn't have to worry about them arguing with me, or contradicting what I had to say, which has been a problem for me at other places. They always dress so professionally here, the entire staff obviously makes an effort to look their best and maintain a very professional appearance. I love that they are always more than happy to answer my questions, and actually welcome questions. I've felt awkward at some other places I've visited when I've tried to ask a lot of questions, but not here.

They go out of their way to make everyone feel equally respected and cared for. . I feel like they go out of their way to accommodate my schedule. I always get the appointment time I want. It is obvious that their office is cleaned regularly. It was fantastic.They also work payments out with you if you are unable to pay for your glasses/contacts all at once. They are very flexible in this area. They have a large selection of the newest frames at different prices from low to high. I have been going to Dr. Dzik for over 10+ years. I wouldn't trust my eyes with anyone else.
