Their office was well organized and clean. I could tell they took a lot of time making sure it was presentable. They paid close attention to me and all of my questions were answered. I love that I can count on them to work with me until they find a solution for my situation. Other places I've visited, seem to give up after they don't have an answer for me the first time, but not here. They've never used foul language, which has bothered me at some of the other places I've been too. They always make an extra effort to be polite and courteous.

If you ever need a new pair of glasses you must check out this optometrist's practice. They carry a huge selection of designer frames and will definitely have something you will like. They never have that typical, annoying music playing here. If they do play music it is soothing and appropriate for the setting. Everything they told me in the beginning ended up turning out exactly the way they said it would. They were able to provide me everything they promised me. I've never doubted their abilities.

This provider was very disrespectful to me. I went to him under a Lion's Club grant, and he treated me very suspiciously due to the fact that I had rather expensive frames. I explained to him that I had purchased the frames when I was working at a high paying job, and that the company had downsized and that I was now working a minimum wage job. He was unpleasant the rest of the examination and made sure to tell me that he was doing this exam essentially for free, and he made me feel like crap for being low income.

Other than that, he was very thorough and I could see much better with the new glasses. The staff were very pleasant.

The reception staff was horrible. I felt so uncomfortable by their behavior and attitude. They were cold and not friendly throughout my entire appointment. Having a high level of customer service doesn't appear to be their top priority.
Their waiting room was packed and there were no doctors in the building!!!!
