I will definitely be recommend them to people I know. One of the best optometrists I've seen. Every time I come here they always remembers my family and greet me as soon as I walk in the door. He has new staff and seems like they need a little more training but they were nice. They always return my phone calls. Dr. Figler is great!

It seemed like they were trying to rush my appointment and were annoyed to be helping me. It was obvious that they wanted to be somewhere else. They made no attempt to follow up with me after my appointment. It isn't a big deal, but it does say something about the overall atmosphere of the office. I definitely think that I could have gotten much better service somewhere else. I was amazed at how poorly they treated me. Every time they left the room, the staff would immediately begin complaining about how much they disliked working there. It made me nervous, and I didn't go back. I wasn't greeted at all when I entered their office. I could tell they noticed I walked in, but they still didn't acknowledge me.
