I couldn't believe how great their office looked. It was very obvious that they took pride in the office's appearance. It was one of the best looking offices I've ever seen. The waiting area here is extremely spacious. There is never overcrowding and everything is spaced appropriately. Their exams are so much better than other optometrists I've been too. The exam was quick and pain-free. They are always so friendly and welcoming to me during my appointments. They strive to make every patient feel valued and important. One of the first things I noticed about this business was the level of detail and attention to make the building handicap-accessible. Even the bathrooms were designed to be accessible with doors wide enough to accommodate wheelchairs and grab bars in the stalls. You could tell they really made an effort to accommodate people with all different needs.

It's shocking how little they seem to care about customer service. From my experience It appears as if customers are never put first here. The staff is incredibly rude and seem to care more about themselves. They offer glasses repairs or adjustments, but it takes them forever and it's just easier to go somewhere else. I wasn't greeted at all when I entered their office. I could tell they noticed I walked in, but they still didn't acknowledge me. They didn't follow through with almost everything they told me I would get when I first arrived. I feel like they slighted me. to make a long story short after 3 months of trials (I was telling the office manager that something was wrong with the prescription, but she kept treating me like a stupid that couldn't understand) I finally went through another check and got a pair of normal lenses, but I paid for the progressive one. I will never go back to that office and I won't recommend anyone to go there as well!
