Tiffanie is great. She pays close attention to me and all of my questions are answered. Their front desk staff is not that friendly, and do not go out of their way to make me feel welcome. Melissa (one of the nurses) is awesome! She is VERY nice, pleasant and polite but the other nurse Carolyn is rude and seems to have a poor attitude. I am usually satisfied with my visit.

They made sure every single question I had was answered, and are always available if I think of any more questions I want answered. Their staff is the most friendly, welcoming staff I've ever dealt with. They are so warm and professional, and make the whole experience that much better. I was so impressed with the progress I was able to make after visiting them. All my questions were answered, and I feel a lot more confident and hopeful about the future. I was blessed when another friend and patient of hers' referred me. I have repeatedly referred patients to them. When I had an emergency all I had to do was call and I was told to come in. Didn't have to wait and was not treated like an inconvenience but like they wanted to take care of the problem and find out the answers. They are always friendly, kind, and very considerate and I couldn't say enough positive things about this Physician, Her PA Tiffany, and her amazing staff from receptionist to nursing staff...

Not at all, it was very peaceful and quiet

Sometimes, it was a little frustrating

Never, they are very reliable.

Absolutely! They aren't arrogant at all and are more than willing to pursue advice when necessary
