Apparently they haven't ever heard of the saying "the customer's always right" here. Having a high level of customer service doesn't appear to be their top priority. If I couldn't find anyone better, I'd return again, but I'm hoping I can find better service somewhere else. I wasn't too impressed with their office, I could tell they didn't take much pride in it's appearance. They had a few different appointment times available but none were perfect for my schedule. They never made any effort to follow up with me after my visit and it made me feel very unimportant. I know they see a lot of patients, but when you say you're going to follow up, you should.

One of the first things I noticed about this business was how many different areas of the building were handicap-accessible. I have been to other places where I couldn't tell how someone in a wheelchair could even enter, but they really spent a lot of time to accommodate people with all different needs. They made the extra effort to make sure every question and concern I had was addressed. I'll definitely be going back. I didn't have a bad experience. They had quite a few interesting magazines. The wait time was extremely ridiculous. I waited for about 2 1/2 hours and only stayed with the doctor for about 10 minutes. He has to do much better on the wait time. After sitting in the waiting room and talking with other patients, I learned that the doctor's office scheduled other patients for the same time. That is not right. .............

No, they've never taken personal calls with me

No, They definitely believe in quality over quantity and allow more than enough time in between appointments

They always take the time to listen to me. I know they really care about me and what I have to say. I didn't wait long at all. My appointment started on time, and the wait was much shorter than other offices I have been to. I got an appointment quickly. I've never had to wait too long. They really go above and beyond to make me feel special. I've never been anywhere that seems to care more about their clients than here.
