I was in a lot of pain during my visit that I feel could have definitely been avoided if they had been more careful. I didn't feel completely safe when I arrived for my appointment because the building wasn't in a very safe neighborhood. They should maybe consider moving somewhere else if they want clients to return. They seemed like they were using fairly modern treatment methods and procedures, but I'm not really sure. Just a warning, they do not adhere to the customer is always right policy no matter what the situation is. They never listen to customers complaints and argue with them instead of trying to correct the situation. That's just bad business.
