Their staff was not that friendly, and didn't go out of their way to make me feel welcome. I was satisfied with my visit. The doc was helpful but I left feeling a mix of encouraged & confused because I didn't know if my insurance would cover the procedure, & the staff wouldn't take the time to check. I found the office, but only because I had to call for better directions than my GPS provided. I was advised that if I didn't get there within my 15 minute cut-off I would be rescheduled as the doctor had a meeting right after my visit. I was only half a parking lot away, 6 minutes late, and they had been told I just couldn't find the building. Upon arrival I felt very rushed. If I couldn't find anyone better, I'd return again, but I'm hoping I can find better service somewhere else. Not the doctor's fault my first experience was bad but if he is soo busy he should condsider not taking any new patients, and maybe hiring a friendlier staff.

No, if they had music on it was very soothing

They've never dismissed any of my concerns as unimportant, and take every concern of mine very seriously. They never left me for an extended period of time and I never felt ignored. Not only were they able to provide everything they promised me, they went above and beyond and exceeded my expectations. It was so nice to arrive and see many fully qualified staff members. I've gone to some places that were very understaffed and I've never had a good experience. This place had a great staff though, and I'll definitely be going back. They do such a great job of never overbooking appointments, even though they are extremely popular. I know for a fact that they have lots of business, but I've never had to wait a long time in a crowded waiting room like other places I've been too.

Not only do my appointments never get canceled last minute, they take time out of their day to send me a reminder so I don't forget. They are extremely reliable. It is obvious that their office is cleaned regularly. It was fantastic.
