They were friendly and made me feel at home. Everything they told me in the beginning ended up turning out exactly the way they said it would. They were able to provide me everything they promised me. I've never doubted their abilities. Their office was well organized and clean. I could tell they took a lot of time making sure it was presentable. The waiting room here is spacious. I never feel like I have to sit too close to someone or that it is overcrowded. There was lots of available parking at their office. I was glad that I didn't have to drive around looking for parking.

I had to wait for a little while.

No, They definitely believe in quality over quantity and allow more than enough time in between appointments
