Wish I had googled this Doc before going... I'm new to the area and he's only Dermatologist around so appointment was made. My schedule is busy and I was made to feel like I greatly inconvenienced the receptionist when I was trying to schedule an appointment. I said I was fine with seeing the PA (referred to as "Marty"). She was friendly enough but very rushed and wanted to consult with Dr on basic matters. The office staff was completely horrible. I had a question about my bill... something happened that, according to insurance, was a mistake made by Dr's office. I was treated SO rudely to even have questioned anything! "Sandy" the office manager wouldn't even look into it and threatened collections if it wasn't paid immediately despite the fact that the insurance would have paid had they been billed correctly. Absolutely unbelievable.

I waited over an hour past my appointment time and when the doctor got around to seeing me, he spent less than two minutes with me and barely talked to me at all - rather directed all of his conversation with the other person who was with him. Their staff was not overly friendly at check in, but decent, but after that, they were not very friendly. They didn't help me at all and pretty much dismissed my concerns as unimportant or insignificant. I found the office, but only because I had simple, very clear directions. If I couldn't find someone else and felt that I absolutely HAD to see a dermatologist, I'd go back.

Their staff was not friendly at all, I didn't feel welcome there. Rude receptionists, wait time was FOREVER. All I wanted was to leave a message with the doctor and the rude receptionist wouldn't even do that for me. I amvery disappointed.

They answered most of my questions but I could have used more information. Their staff was not that friendly, and didn't go out of their way to make me feel welcome. I felt like my needs were mostly met, but they didn't make any extra effort. The office was easy enough to find.

I waited over three hours to see him. This is pretty standard practice. Every time I went I had to block out the entire day.

I saw the PA who was a total flake. Even if the Dr is great, it's certainly not worth the hassle of dealing with the rude and incompetent office staff.
