HORRIBLE experience! Saw Dr. Schwartz many yrs ago and did not have a good experience but yrs later decided to give it another try after so many recommendations. Office staff were extremely rude, after waiting over half hr to see Karen Roysten was told we were next, after waiting over 45min with no explanation of reassurance I informed the staff we were leaving...still rude...5mos later still waiting for refund of co-pay...have never had such poor service...did receive phone call from Karen...but all she offered for long wait was to make appt for 1st thing in morning...worst professionalism all around that I've ever experienced with a healthcare office!
