Very unprofessional - joked around with me about Beth Israel's new intake form, saying, "I mean, why would I need to know if you're having sex!?" This made me very uncomfortable. He also made a lot of assumptions about my condition and gave advice in a condescending, scolding tone. Did not appreciate this at all.
