My dentist was a bit impatient with me because I was afraid I would feel a lot of pain. When I complained of jaw pain after having my mouth open too wide for too long, he didn't seem happy. He answered most of my questions but I could have used more information. The desk staff is very friendly and professional.

I trust them to only recommend dental procedures I actually need. I know they care more about my health than they do about making money. I know that I can trust their motives, and they're not just looking to make money off me. I never have to worry about them pressuring me to get dental procedures I don't need. I couldn't believe how great their office looked. It was very obvious that they took pride in the office's appearance. It was one of the best looking offices I've ever seen. Their office was well organized and clean. I could tell they took a lot of time making sure it was presentable. I'm always amazed at how considerate and concerned they are for my well-being. Their advice is always wonderful and completely unbiased.

These guys really know dentisty! I have seen Settino and Sheets for years now in both this office and the one in Steelton. They are both soft spoken, kind, good to their staff and most of all they are just good dentists. They seem to take a real interest in their patients. They are good at the front desk, too.
