They were ready to see me when I showed up for my appointment. I never had to wait for them to show up. Their dental equipment is always very clean. I can tell they sanitize it all the time. The water they used to rinse my teeth during my cleaning was a little too cold. It was hard to sit through my entire procedure having cold water sprayed in my mouth every few minutes. I keep records of all my dental procedures, so I appreciated them giving me an invoice right when I asked. They are very organized and professional. They are an absolute expert in the field. I would never feel unsafe or apprehensive in their care.

Not really, my back hurt after my procedure
