One of the most personable dentists I've ever met, Dr. Phillips came out of the office during my first visit to greet me personally and apologize for my wait (he had to treat an emergency patient) then spent much time with me during my consultation, explaining what was happening with my teeth and his recommended treatment. I like the fact that he's more conservative than some dentists and his thorough explanations for his reasons. Everyone in the office was very friendly and helpful, like family. I will definitely be returning to this office for future cleanings, exams and treatment.

As soon as I walked through the door, I was immediately greeted by the friendly staff. They went out of their way to make me feel special and appreciated. They never left me for an extended period of time and I never felt ignored. They've never used foul language, which has bothered me at some of the other places I've been too. They always make an extra effort to be polite and courteous. Their office was well organized and clean. I could tell they took a lot of time making sure it was presentable. When I left my appointment, my mouth felt cleaner than it's ever felt. They did such a fantastic job. Dr. John has been there for me since i was 3 when i first started going to him he is the only one who has never made me cry or put a tear in my eye other then from laughter when i was there for a visit he i would say is like family to me!!!

There aren't enough words to say about how WONDERFUL ALL THE PEOPLE are at Dockside Dental. Their caring and compassion are beyond anything I've ever experienced with anyone in the medical field. Not only does their integrity apply within their office but it goes without saying how they are willing to assist you and answer questions after office hours. The office is extremely clean and state of the art technology. Even if you experience anxiety with going to the dentist, you will be completely at ease the minute you walk in the door. They treat you as if you were an old friend coming for a visit! Hat's off to you Dr. Phillips and staff! Thanks for being you and treating people like "people" and not just a number.

Not at all, I showed up early and they were ready to see me

Absolutely! They explained everything in detail and made sure I understood before my procedure

Definitely! It was one of the best dental chairs I've ever been in!
