I am basically happy with the level of service, the skills of Dr. Bowman and the staff. However, during one particular visit the conversation between the doc and her assistant was very unprofessional and inappropriate, right in front of me, as they worked on my teeth. It only happened that one time and they've been fine since. I think in trying to keep things friendly and casual they perhaps didn't realize that their conversation had sunk to gossip. The hygienist is particularly engaging and friendly. The front office staff sometimes doesn't seem happy, but not a huge deal.

I am always so impressed with how quickly my calls are answered here. I am never put on hold for a long time and love knowing that if I have a quick question I won't have to wait a half hour through terrible music to get it answered. They were able and willing to answer every question I had. I definitely felt informed. I haven't seen any coupons or discounts for this provider's office, but I haven't really looked. They never mention anything about promotions when I'm there.
