Not only do my appointments never get canceled last minute, they take time out of their day to send me a reminder so I don't forget. They are extremely reliable. I really appreciated that they let me rinse every so often during my dental procedure. I've been to other dentists that never let me rinse and its awful. I'm always amazed at how considerate and concerned they are for my well-being. Their advice is always wonderful and completely unbiased.
