I did a periodontics surgery with them and was told to pay $235 while the total charge was $680. I was very happy with them until I received a bill from them and also an explaination of coverage from my insurance company. Apparently they made a mistake when estimating my charge. I talked to them and my insurance company several times, and it turned out that my insurance can only cover $137.5 and now I have to pay for the rest $307.5! I could have decided not to do the surgery if I knew that I need to pay over 500 dollars. I understand that they can only give an estimate, but come on, an estimate can't be off by that much! Either they don't know what they are doing or they do but just want to cheat me to do the surgery. I am done with them, I have cancelled my next surgery appointment with them and will never go back. The doctors are good, if you want to use them, be careful about the "estimated cost" they give you.
