Sandra is very caring and soothing in her manner. She listens and takes notes, then works to address each issue I've brought up. I had never been to acupuncture before I started seeing Sandra, and she made my first experience very relaxing. She leaves you on the table with quiet music playing in the background and a heat lamp on your feet - if like me you get cold toes. The whole experience feels very meditative to me.

Since I started going to acupuncture I haven't had any problems with migraines, which I used to get on a monthly basis. (It's been 2 years now- migraine free!!) I find her to be very effective with colds as well. Last night I went in I had a hacking chest cough and I was very worried because I was supposed to perform in the chorus of a musical in just a couple days. Sandra did a treatment to clear up phlegm, gave me some herbs to help dry my chest out and also some food recommendations. By opening night my cough was completely gone!

Their office was well organized and clean. I could tell they took a lot of time making sure it was presentable. They had a huge selection of magazines in the waiting room. I was able to find some of my favorites and they kept me entertained while I was waiting for my appointment. I was so impressed with the level of knowledge they had about Chinese herbal medicine. The waiting area here is extremely spacious. There is never overcrowding and everything is spaced nicely. It was nice to hear how much the staff respected them. It made me that much more confident that I was under the care of a professional.

The office was very easy to locate. I didn't have any trouble finding it at all. Not only do my appointments never get canceled last minute, they take time out of their day to send me a reminder so I don't forget. They are extremely reliable. I couldn't believe how compassionate and sympathetic they were to my fear of needles. They went out of their way to make me feel extra comfortable. I knew I was getting top-of-the-line treatment when they told me about what they learned at the latest acupuncture conference they attended, and how they were incorporating that knowledge into their practice. Its great that they always make sure to return my phone call as soon as possible. They've never left me waiting long and are so quick to reply.
