I would definitely refer this acupuncturist to family and friends. I had a wonderful experience and will be going back in the future! They make an extra effort to get to know their patients and find out what they need. They always remember me and make me feel very important. They made sure every single question I had was answered, and are always available if I think of any more questions I want answered. I felt very informed after my visit. I don't think I have ever been put on hold here for a long time and am so impressed with how quickly I can be taken care of. There's nothing worse than having to wait on hold for a half an hour just to get someone to talk to you.

No, they were fully staffed

Absolutely! They aren't arrogant at all and are more than willing to pursue advice when necessary

I waited longer than I wanted to, but it wasn't terrible

No, they've never taken personal calls with me

No, they didn't leave any cuts or scars

I really admire them for being more than willing to ask for help from other professionals when they don't have an answer for me. They aren't even slightly arrogant, and I'm confident they always have my best interests in mind. When I arrived for my appointment the friendly staff seemed to be waiting for me. I've been to other places where I had to wait forever after I arrived for my appointment, but not here. I was very impressed. They explained all the risks and benefits of my treatment options. Everything was explained in detail, all my questions were answered, and I felt a lot better about choosing a treatment plan. You would be very fortunate to have this person on your team of Doctors.

Definitely! It was one of the best looking clinics I've ever seen!
