While I beleive that Dr Jon can really help me, I often feel confused when I leave. I know that he can be very helpful, so you just need to be more bold in telling him that you need him to answer some questions for you, and he will. I'm going back today to give it another shot.

Absolutely! They aren't arrogant at all and are more than willing to pursue advice when necessary

No, they didn't leave any cuts or scars

Yes, they listen to all complaints and make every effort to correct the situation

Not at all!
Did the acupuncturist pressure you to make more frequent appointments that you felt weren't necessary?
Not at all! I trust them completely
Were the waiting room chairs comfortable at this acupuncturist's office?
Extremely comfortable; I could have fallen asleep
Does this acupuncturist treat their staff well?
Very! I've never seen an employer treat their staff better
