The office staff is not very friendly. Waiting time is too long. Last time I was there the Dr wanted to cancel all remaining appointments yet I drove almost a 1 1/2 for my visit. Dr nows his stuff and treatments seem to be helping, but I will have to look for someone closer to me as the drive is too far and the wait too long.

They would never suggest that I buy something that wasn't necessary, and never pressured me. They were always very considerate and professional. Every time I come here the acupuncturist always remembers me by name and greets me as soon as I walk in the door, even if it's been a while since my last appointment. They are so thoughtful and amazingly sweet, I just love this place. They had a huge selection of magazines in the waiting room. I was able to find some of my favorites and they kept me entertained while I was waiting for my appointment. Not only do my appointments never get canceled last minute, they take time out of their day to send me a reminder so I don't forget. They are extremely reliable.
