Lyna has helped me over the last 10 years with many health issues including colds and flu, knee joint pain, digestion and low energy issues, etc. I have always left her office feeling better than I walked in. I have aborted or shortened the onslaught of many colds by seeing her early. Her focus is on cultivating health & not just treating illness. Her acupuncture treatments are relaxing and nearly painless. Her herbal medicine tea though sometimes bitter, have been excellent. She is caring and very easy to talk too. I recommend Lyna very highly.
