Let me just say that this business is in one of the safest areas around and you will be pleasantly surprised at how lovely the surroundings are. They never have that typical, annoying music playing here. If they do play music it is soothing and appropriate for the setting. I was so impressed with the progress I was able to make after visiting them. All my questions were answered, and I feel a lot more confident and hopeful about the future. They've never dismissed any of my concerns as unimportant, and take every concern of mine very seriously.

They were ready to see me when I showed up for my appointment. I never had to wait for them to show up, My appointment felt a little rushed. I understand that they are busy, but I would have liked a little more time to ask questions like when does my prescription expire. Most places give you up to three years (theres was only good for one). I dont understand the big deal of not giving me my prescription for my records, I mean I did pay for it dont I have the right to them wheather they are expired or not? Just another way to get more money I guess. Very disaponited with this staff, if feels like I was told "didnt you read the fine print".

They are completely committed to helping me as long as it takes to find the best solution. I never have to worry that they'll back out or give up if a solution isn't reached immediately, which has been a problem for me at other places. They go out of their way to make everyone feel equally respected and cared for. I've seen client favoritism at some of the other places I've been, and I really appreciate the extra effort they make to avoid that here. I'm always amazed at how considerate and concerned they are for my well-being. Their advice is always wonderful and completely unbiased. As soon as I walked through the door, I was immediately greeted by the friendly staff. They went out of their way to make me feel special and appreciated.
