They never left me for an extended period of time and I never felt ignored. I got an appointment quickly. I've never had to wait too long. It is obvious that their office is cleaned regularly. It was fantastic. I was worried that they were going to wear an obnoxious cologne, because I've dealt with that at other places, but they didn't even wear cologne. It was fantastic to be able to breathe freely the entire time. As soon as I walked through the door, I was immediately greeted by the friendly staff. They went out of their way to make me feel special and appreciated.
